Supplied by PPL Electric Utilities.Unlimited power is
available. A 12 KV distribution line and a 69 KV distribution
line intersect the park with two substations. The utility
will place transformers on site as required by user’s
specifications.
Water
Supplied by Hazleton City Authority using 12”
and 16” mains.
Natural Gas
Supplied by UGI Corporation. There is a high-pressure
main adjacent to the park and a 6” line running
through the park. Abundant fuel is available for both
heating and processing.
Sewer
Supplied by Greater Hazleton Joint Sewer Authority.
Permitted to treat over 10 M.G.D., the Authority now
averages 6 M.G.D.
Telecommunications
Verizon supplies Valmont with superior communications
services highlighted by an extensive fiber optic network
providing a state-of-the-art telecommunications system
for your voice, data and video transmissions. This network
supports SONET technology for ultra-reliable service
to customers with critical requirements.
Highways
Interstate 81 and State Route 93 are adjacent to the
park. State Route 309 is two miles away. Interstate
80 is four miles away.
Railroad
Norfolk Southern siding through the park.
Air
The Hazleton Municipal Airport is one mile away. The
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport is 35 miles
(40 minutes) north. The Lehigh Valley International
Airport is 50 miles (60 minutes) south.
